Probably the best Document Management System that strikes a balance between simplicity and usability. We like it because it is lean and effective. Those interested in more intense DMS features may like to take a look at Alfresco ® which has a truly enterprise class feature list.

There are countless webmail solutions, none however, strike the same sense and balance as that of RoundCube. In our experience, many alternative webmail suppliers either don't try hard enough, resulting in feature poor end user experience or try too hard resulting in over complicated interfaces requiring a constant fix and update cycle. Roundcube is solid.

Perhaps the most beautiful Wiki and collaborative management tool. Mindtouch ® adds a touch of class for the Wiki masses. It's good to use as a collaborative tool, ideal for Intranets,  is user friendly and has good integration and support for corporate networks.

For reliability and sensitivity to server and bandwidth loads,MediaWiki ® is hard to beat. MediaWiki is the same Wiki platform used by the mighty Wikipedia ® and is maintained by the WikiMedia Foundation ® on an Open Source licence. Mediawiki has developed into an enterprise class solution that can add real value to business at a very low total cost of ownership.
